Qagantokay

The district of Qagantokay or Yumin ( Chinese  裕民 县 , Pinyin Yùmín Xiàn ; Uighur چاغانتوقاي ناھىيىسى, Qaƣantoⱪay Naⱨiyisi ; Kazakh شاعانتوعاي اۋدانى, Şağantoğay Awdanı ) is a district of the Tacheng District, which is part of the Kazakh Ili Autonomous District in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region of the People's Republic of China . Its main town is the large community of Karabura (哈拉布拉 镇).
