The Clube Desportivo Feirense is a football club from the Portuguese city of Santa Maria da Feira in the north of the country.
The club, founded in 1918, played since the 2003/04 season in the second Portuguese league , the Liga da Honra (honor league). In the 1989/90 season Feirense played in the 1st Portuguese Football League . In 2011, CD Feirense managed to get promoted to the top division of the country as second behind Gil Vicente FC just before CD Trofense , but was relegated directly back to the Segunda League. CD Feirense has been playing in the Primeira Liga again since the 2016/17 season .
In addition to soccer, the club also has cycling , handball , gymnastics and swimming departments .
