Cherry Jones
Cherry Jones (born November 21, 1956 in Paris , Tennessee ) is an American actress . Since 1983 she has appeared in more than 40 film and television productions. Her best-known films include Erin Brockovich , The Village and Ocean's 12 .

Cherry Jones has already received two Tony Awards for her work at the theater . She received her first Tony in 1995 for her role in The Heiress , the second in 2005 for Doubt . In 2004, Jones received the Vito Russo Award at the GLAAD Media Awards . In 2009 , she received an Emmy for Best Supporting Actress in a Drama Series for her role as President Allison Taylor in the seventh season of television series 24 ; she played the same role in the eighth season of the series. She won another Emmy in 2019 for the guest role of Holly in the series The Handmaid's Tale - The Maid's Report .
Private
From 2005 to 2009 Jones was dating the American actress Sarah Paulson . In 2015 she married the actress and director Sophie Huber.
