China Squash Open 2013

The China Squash Open 2013 took place from October 24th to 27th, 2013 in Shanghai , People's Republic of China . The women's squash tournament was part of the WSA World Tour 2013/14 and belonged to the Gold 50 category .

The defending champion was Low Wee Wern , who lost to Raneem El Weleily in the quarter-finals that year . The winner was world number leader Nicol David , who defeated Raneem El Weleily in the final with 8:11, 6:11, 11: 7, 11: 7 and 11: 8.

The field of participants in the women's competition consisted of 16 players, four of which were starting places for qualifiers. Per Wildcard received Li Dongjin a spot in the main draw.

Prize money and world ranking points

At the tournament, the following prize money and world ranking points were paid out or credited for reaching the respective round. Players who entered the main field from qualification received the specified qualification points in addition to those for reaching the respective round. Otherwise the amounts are not to be understood as cumulative. The total prize pool was $ 50,000.
