Choi Min-ho (born August 18, 1980 ) is a South Korean judoka .
Choi fought in the super light weight up to 60 kilograms. In 2003 he became world champion in this category in Osaka . The following year he won the bronze medal at the Summer Olympics in Athens .
At the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing , he defeated Ludwig Paischer in the finals and became Olympic champion in the super lightweight up to 60 kilograms.
