There she moved around the fish office in the mid-1980s . In 1988 she founded the band Lassie Singers with Almut Klotz and Funny van Dannen , which split up in 1998. In 1998 she founded the label Flittchen Records with Almut Klotz . Christiane Rösinger has been the head of the band Britta since 1998 , which she founded together with Britta Neander and Julie Miess . In addition, she writes for various newspapers (including taz , Tagesspiegel , Berliner Zeitung , “Berliner Seiten” of the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung ), primarily on topics related to pop music and pop culture .

In March 2008 her first book was published, "The beautiful life", in which she tells of life in the village and life in the city in short autobiographical texts. Since August 2008 she has been writing a weekly column for the Austrian radio station fm4 . In October 2010 Rösinger released her first solo album "Songs Of L. And Hate", on which Andreas Spechtl from Ja, Panik was responsible for the arrangements. This was followed in 2017 by “Lieder ohne Leiden”, on which she worked again with Spechtl (instrumentation and vocals). Her daughter sings in the background. Thematically, the album revolves around aging, which the song "Joy Of Aging" brings together. There are also quotes from Bertolt Brecht , The Smiths and the Munich band Schwermut Forest, like collages .

In the 1990s, Rösinger ran the weekly Flittchenbar series of events in Maria am Ostbahnhof . Since December 2010 she has organized this musical themed gala monthly in the Kreuzberg Südblock . In 2016 she was involved in the fussical "Der Spielmacher" at HAU Berlin. For the play "Feminista Baby" - premiered in 2017 at the Deutsches Theater - she wrote the music and also played.
