Christoph Drewitz

Christoph Drewitz (born January 13, 1979 ) is a German actor, director and translator of musicals.

Life

After completing his schooling at the Lahntal School in Lahnau and the Goetheschule Wetzlar , he studied Arts Management at the ISW Freiburg . As casting director, he cast the Berlin premiere of the Blue Man Group and then worked as a casting associate for Stage Entertainment Germany . As artistic director for the musicals 3 Musketeers ( Stuttgart ), Mamma Mia! , I want fun (both in Essen ), I have never been in New York , Sister Act , Kinky Boots and Rocky (both in Hamburg ) responsible. Together with Kevin Schroeder and Marian Lux he developed the musical Lotte for the Wetzlar Festival , which was nominated for the German Musical Theater Prize 2015 in the category Best Musical .
