Concepcion is a Filipino municipality in the province of Iloilo . It has 43,159 inhabitants (August 1, 2015 census). In the north of Concepcion is the island of Pan de Azucar , on which the 606 meter high Mount Manaphaga rises and forms a striking landmark. Other islands that belong to the administrative area of the municipality are Tago- , Sombrero- , Agho- , Bocot- , Bag-o Isi- , Malangabang , Igbon- and Botlog Island .
