Pan de Azucar is an island of the Philippines , in the region of Western Visayas and is also known as the Tampisaw Iceland . The island belongs to the administrative area of ​​the municipality of Concepcion , province of Iloilo . It lies at the northern exit of the Guimaras Strait , in the Western Visayan Sea , about 3 km east of the island of Panay . With an area of ​​18.4 km², it is the largest island in a group of islands off the Concepcion Bay and known regionally as the Concepcion Islands. This group of islands includes Tago- , Igbon-, Malangabang and Botlog Island .

The island of Pan de Azucar is inhabited and there is also a small hotel in Sitio Ponting. The Spanish name Pan de Azucar means sugar loaf and alludes to the 606 meter high Mount Manaphag. It rises like a tower over the island and is a possible destination for mountaineers and other tourists. The islands also have other tourist attractions to offer: white sandy beaches, towering cliffs and cave systems.

The island is covered with dense tropical vegetation and can be reached from the fishing port in Barangay Tambaliza. The crossing takes about 30 minutes.
