Concetta D'Agnese

Concetta D'Agnese , also known as Connie Danese , (born December 2, 1949 ) is an American film, television and musical actress .

Life

D'Agnese studied at the University of California in Los Angeles . In the 1970s and early 1980s she appeared in various musicals in New York City . On Broadway from 1971 to 1973 she was seen as Betty Brown in a reworked version of No, No, Nanette by Burt Shevelove and from 1978 to 1982 as Lily St. Regis in Annie . Off Broadway, she played Charlotte in Royall Tyler 's The Contrast , staged as a musical by Anthony J. Stimac at the Eastside Playhouse in 1972 and in Eugène Ionesco's Ionescopade at Theater Four in 1974, directed by Robert Allan Ackerman .

In the early 1980s she began to work as a film and television actress. She had her first appearances in 1982 as a guest actress in the television series It's a Living and Hart but warmly as well as in the television film Groucho , in which she played Margaret Dumont and Thelma Todd. This was followed by numerous other guest appearances in series, such as in The Facts of Life (1985), Raumschiff Enterprise - The next century (1988) and Diagnosis: Murder (2001) as well as roles in some movies, including Brian Yuzna's horror film Dark Society (1989 ), Percy Adlon's comedy Younger and Younger (1993), and Mitesh Kumar Patels and Sam Son's action drama Neron (2018).

D'Agnese also worked as a columnist for the LA Stage Times from 2000 and as a real estate agent for Coldwell Banker from 2006 to 2012 .
