Cooky Ziesche
Cooky Ziesche (* 1960 in Potsdam ) is a German screenwriter and film producer , and since 2013 head of the film editorial team at Rundfunk Berlin-Brandenburg (rbb).
Live and act
Ziesche studied film studies and dramaturgy at the Babelsberg Konrad Wolf Film University in Potsdam . From 1986 she worked as a dramaturge at the German television radio , later she worked there as an editor. She also worked as an editor and producer at Ostdeutscher Rundfunk Brandenburg and then at rbb. As a producer, she was responsible for several film productions at both channels and produced several episodes of Polizeiruf 110 . Since 2013 she has been head of the film editorial team at rbb.
In addition to her work at rbb, Ziesche has also been working as a freelance producer since 2003, in this role she produced the tragic comedy You are not alone under the direction of Bernd Böhlich , Mondkalb under the direction of Sylke Enders , as well as several productions under the direction of Andreas Dresen . She was nominated for the German Film Prize for her screenplay of Halt auf frei Stretch , written together with Dresen .
