Cowdenbeath is a constituency for the Scottish Parliament . It was newly created in 2011 as part of the constituency revision as one of nine constituencies in the electoral region of Mid Scotland and Fife . The areas were previously largely within the former constituency of Dunfermline East . Cowdenbeath includes parts of the Fife Council Area with the towns of Cowdenbeath , Dalgety Bay and Rosyth . The constituency sends a representative.

The constituency covers an area of ​​140.4 km 2 . In the 2011 census survey, a total of 71,249 people lived within its borders.
