Croonian Lecture
The Croonian Lecture is an award and lecture from the Royal Society and the Royal College of Physicians . It was donated by William Croone (1633–1684), a doctor and co-founder of the Royal Society.
There are Croonian Lectures from the Royal Society and the Royal College of Physicians. At the Royal Society, this is an award in biology that corresponds to the Bakerian Lecture in the physical sciences.
The Royal Society's Croonian Lecture is a £ 10,000 lecture. It is associated with a medal.
