The module was a digital radio program of the Bavarian Broadcasting Corporation from the turn of the year 2003 to May 4, 2008. First, music was broadcast non-stop under the motto “Just the Music”. They were divided into 2-hour blocks, the modules: current hits, hip-hop, dance, alternative and chillout. Since August 2, 2004, the program could also be received via the Internet. On September 1, 2004, the German lesson was added from 8:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., during which only German-language titles were played. Afterwards, from 8:30 p.m., the ignition spark was repeated .

As a DAB radio channel, "Das Modul" has broadcast the music of the Bavarian Open bands from four festival years under the title " Bavarian Open Radio " since October 8, 2007, for the last 24 hours a day. On May 5, 2008, “Das Modul” and “Bavarian Open Radio” were renamed “ on3radio ”.
