The television series Das Nest depicts life in a shared apartment . The two seasons produced by ARD ran in 1989 and 1992 in the evening program.

action

Life artist and womanizer Theo Augustin owns a wonderful old apartment in Wiesbaden and has financial problems. To improve his budget a bit, he takes in the well-off hotel employee Susanne Fuchs, who has just separated from her husband, as a roommate. Other members of the flat share are Oskar Wagner, who renovated Theo's apartment without being paid for it and now “wears off” his expenses, and the Italian student Pia Lazzaroni, who has just lost her great love. The 26 episodes of the first season revolve around these four inhabitants of the "nest". At the beginning of the second season, Susanne returns to her husband and Hanna Schneider temporarily takes her place until she is replaced by Vivian Schubert in episode 43. Pia goes back to Italy, instead the Hungarian drama student Katalin Puskas complements the illustrious shared apartment.
