David O'Loughlin
David O'Loughlin (born April 29, 1978 in Cong , County Mayo ) is a retired Irish cyclist .
After O'Loughlin won the road race for the Irish championship in the U23 class in 2000, he was six times Irish champion of the elite, including three times in the road race, twice in the individual time trial and once in the criterion . He also won a section in the Canadian stage race Tour de Beauce in 2005 and in 2008 and 2010 in the Irish stage race FBD Insurance Rás .
O'Loughlin took part in the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing . He started in the single pursuit on the track and finished eleventh.
