Delphine Software International (DSI for short) was a French software company that was founded in 1988 as part of the Delphine Group and was originally based in Paris . In 2001 the company moved from Paris to Saint-Ouen . In December 2002 the company was removed from the Delphine Group . In February 2003 , Doki Denki bought the company. The company went bankrupt in July 2004 .

The company became known through the Moto Racer series of games . After the bankruptcy, the name was sold to the software developer Nobilis . Nobilis released the Moto Racer 3 Gold Edition (a refurbished version of Moto Racer 3) in 2006 and Moto Racer DS in 2008 . Anuman Interactive released Moto Racer 15th Anniversary in late 2011 . A Moto Racer Collection with Moto Racer 1, 2, 3 Gold Edition and 15th Anniversary was published by Purple Hills in June 2012 in German-speaking countries.

The Flashback 2 and Shaq Fu 2 projects have been canceled. Flashback 2 was postponed to later develop a "Heroic Fantasy" game called Dragonblade, which however was never completed. The planned projects Moto Racer Traffic, Flashback Legends, Legions of Fear and Humanity Project could no longer be completed, as DSI was dissolved in 2004.
