The Santa Victoria Department is one of 23 administrative units in the Salta Province in north-western Argentina . It is bordered by Bolivia to the north, the Orán Department to the east, the Iruya Department to the south and the Jujuy Province to the west . The administrative seat of the department is the village of the same name, Santa Victoria .
