Diana Martín ( Diana Martín Giménez; born April 1, 1981 ) is a Spanish obstacle and long distance runner .

In 2005 she took 81st place at the World Cross Country Championships in Saint-Galmier on the short distance and 60th place at the European Cross Country Championships in Tilburg .

At the European Athletics Championships in 2006 in Gothenburg and at the 2007 World Athletics Championships in Osaka, she was eliminated from over 3000 m obstacle in the preliminary run.

In 2008 she came 39th at the Cross Country World Championships in Edinburgh and 49th at the Cross Country Championships in Brussels .

In the following year, a 31st place at the Cross Country World Championships 2009 in Amman was followed by another preliminary round over 3000 m obstacle at the World Championships in Berlin .

In 2010 she won bronze over 3000 m at the Ibero-American Championships and contributed to winning the bronze medal by the Spanish team with a 14th place at the European Cross Country Championship in Albufeira .

In 2011 she finished 64th at the Cross Country World Championships in Punta Umbría and failed over 3000 m obstacle at the World Championships in Daegu in the preliminary run.

In 2012 she was seventh over 3000 m obstacle at the European Championships in Helsinki and did not get past the first round at the Olympic Games in London . At the end of the season she was tenth at the European Cross Country Championships in Szentendre .

The following year she finished 22nd at the 2013 Cross Country World Championships in Bydgoszcz, was eleventh over 3000 m obstacle at the World Championships in Moscow and at the European Cross Country Championships in Belgrade with a 14th place to win the bronze medal by the Spanish Team at.

In 2014 she won bronze over 3000 m obstacle course at the European Championships in Zurich . At the European Cross Country Championships in Samokow she was 19th in the individual ranking and won silver with the Spanish team.

At the 2015 World Cross Country Championships in Guiyang, she came in 37th place.

In 2012 she became Spanish champion in cross-country skiing , in 2013 and 2014 over 3000 m obstacle.
