Diemlach is a district and a cadastral municipality of the municipality of Kapfenberg in the Bruck-Mürzzuschlag district in Styria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there was a total of 98 building areas with 170,902 m² and 44 gardens on 79,252 m² in the cadastral community of Diemlach , in 1989/1990 there were 94 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 390 and in 2009/2010 there were 124 buildings on 400 building areas.

Buildings

The building of the elementary school and kindergarten in Diemlach was from Kapfenberg architect Schuster Ferdinand planned, built from 1952 to 1954 and is a listed building ( list entry ).

Land use

The cadastral community is shaped by forestry. 29 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 136 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000, 25 hectares of agriculture were carried out and 134 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 17 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 136 hectares. The average soil climate number of Diemlach is 35.2 (as of 2010).
