Drábovna

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Drábovna is the name given to the remains of a small rock castle near Malá Skála (Kleinskal) in the Český ráj (Bohemian Paradise) in the Czech Republic . Some hewn rooms and the beam supports of the former wooden superstructures have been preserved.

Almost nothing is known about the history of the castle, it was probably built to protect the trade route along the Jizera . Today the Drábovna is above all a hiking destination in the middle of a larger rock labyrinth near Malá Skála .
