action
Jai Singh Rathore and Aditi alias Miau have been inseparable since their early college days, when they couldn't be more different: You, the cheeky and adventurous person who often beats up with boys - He, the calm and level-headed one, who detests violence. Nevertheless, in the opinion of their parents and friends, the two are made for each other.
After graduating from college, Aditi's parents plan to marry their daughter to Jai. This is out of the question for both of them, as they only harbor feelings of friendship for one another. So they decide to find a partner for each other.
In a disco, Aditi couples Jai with the pretty Meghna. A short time later, Aditi becomes engaged to the arrogant Sushant. Now, both in their partnership, Jai and Aditi recognize their true feelings. That there is something deeper hidden behind friendship. Still, they don't dare to confess their love.
After this discovery, the two separate from their partners, while Aditi wants to travel to New York to apply for a film school. Jai doesn't want to lose Aditi and tries to stop her from doing what she wants. There is some turbulence until he can stop his best friend and sing the song Jaane Tu… Ya Jaane Na to her to prove that she is his great love. Aditi understands its meaning and jumps it around the neck with joy.
