Eisenmühle is a district of the community of Illesheim in the district of Neustadt an der Aisch-Bad Windsheim in Middle Franconia in Bavaria .

geography

The wasteland lies on the southern bank of the Aisch . Immediately to the south are the Storck Barracks . Approx. The Wolfsbuck ( 331  m above sea level ) rises 0.75 km to the northwest, and the Täfertsbuck ( 333  m above sea level ) about 0.75 km to the northeast . A residential road leads to the district road NEA 39 (0.2 km south-west), which runs to Illesheim (0.5 km south-west) or to Urfersheim (1.4 km south-east).

history

Towards the end of the 18th century, the iron mill belonged to Illesheim. The imperial city of Windsheim was the landlord of the mill . Under the Prussian administration (1792-1806) of the Principality of Bayreuth, the iron mill was given house number 32 in the village of Illesheim.

As part of the community edict, Eisenmühle was assigned to the Schwebheim tax district formed in 1811 . She also belonged to the rural community Schwebheim formed in 1817 . With the second community edict (1818) she was re-ceded to Illesheim.
