Elizabeth Reaser
Elizabeth Ann Reaser (born June 15, 1975 in Bloomfield Township , Michigan ) is an American actress and was nominated for an Emmy .
Life
Elizabeth Reaser was born the second of three girls to a housewife and a former lawyer who later became a restorer and is now a substitute teacher. She wanted to be an actress since childhood. She started studying at Oakland University in Rochester Hills, Michigan, but dropped out after a year. In 1999 she received her Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) from the Juilliard School in New York City.
Reaser is a vegetarian and a member of PETA . In 2006, Elizabeth Reaser won an award for Best Actress in a Feature Film at the Newport Beach Film Festival for her role as Inge in Sweet Land . She was also nominated for Best Actress in the Film Sweet Land at the Independent Spirit Awards in 2007. She is best known in Germany for the guest role of Rebecca Pope in the hospital series Grey's Anatomy . She held this part for a year until it was finally written in the series finale of the fourth season of the series. For her engagement there she was nominated for an Emmy in 2007 for best guest actress in a television series . In the novel films of the Twilight - tetralogy of Stephenie Meyer is as Esme Cullen to see.
