Ernst August Küper

Ernst August (Enno) Küper (born March 2, 1835 in Hage , East Friesland , † February 4, 1912 in Hameln ) was a German administrative lawyer in the Kingdom of Hanover and the Kingdom of Prussia .

Life

Küpers parents were the Hanoverian bailiff Carl Cüper († 1863) and his wife Friederike geb. v. Frese . After graduating from high school at Andreanum , Küper studied law at the Georg-August University in Göttingen from 1854 to 1858 . He became active in the Corps Hildeso-Guestphalia Göttingen , which reciprocated him on August 3, 1855.

Hanover

On July 2, 1859, he came to the Einbeck District Court as an auditor . On June 11, 1860, he moved to the Hildesheim District Court , where he was appointed as an official auditor on January 12, 1861. As such, he came to the Calenberg District Court in June 1861 and to the Bleckede District Court in May 1862 . After he had passed the administrative examination on July 11, 1863, he came to Aurich as an official assessor . On June 29, 1864 he became a lawyer at the Magistrate of Uelzen . Since January 9, 1866 unskilled laborer at the Landdrostei Hildesheim , he saw the creation of the Prussian province of Hanover . He was appointed government assessor on April 14, 1868 and transferred to the Göttingen office as an unskilled worker on April 22 .

Beuthen OS

On June 1, 1869, he came to the district office of Beuthen as a laborer . The city of Bytom OS elected him on March 9, 1870 first mayor. On December 20, 1873 he was elected to the district deputy of the district of Beuthen, on April 22, 1876 in the district council of the government district of Opole .

Krefeld

The city of Krefeld elected him mayor on February 1, 1882. Confirmed with the title of Lord Mayor on April 17th, he was introduced to office on May 4th. He was re-elected on October 26, 1893 and confirmed on April 27, 1894. At his own request, he retired on April 1, 1903, which he spent in Hameln.

On October 14, 1869, he married Clementine Praël in Hildesheim . The daughter of a go. The Medical Council gave him three sons and five daughters.
