Ernst Tzschach
Ernst Tzschach (born December 17, 1911 in Steinach , † October 14, 1971 there ) was a German football player and coach .

Tzschach belonged from 1928 to 1934 as a goalkeeper to SV 08 Steinach , which is based in his Thuringian birthplace , for whom he played point games in the championships organized by the Association of Central German Ball Game Clubs in the Gau Südthüringen . At the end of his second season he won the championship with his team and consequently took part in the final round of the Central German Championship. After SV Union Zella-Mehlis was defeated 4-1 in the 1st preliminary round and 1st VFC 03 Plauen 2-1 in the 2nd preliminary round , they lost 3-2 to SV Sturm Chemnitz in the quarter-finals . Two years later, the new championship succeeded, but in the final round of the Central German Championship overtook him and his team in the first preliminary round with the 2-3 defeat against FC Thuringia Weida . In the following season he won the championship again, but failed in the quarterfinals of the final at SC Wacker 1895 Leipzig with 1: 3.
From the 1933/34 season he played in the Gauliga Mitte , in one of 16, later increased to 23 Gauligen at the time of National Socialism as the uniform top division in the German Empire . With his team, he finished the season in second place behind FC Wacker Halle , the following season in third place . In total, he completed 30 of 36 Gauliga games.
The 1935/36 season he played for the SpVgg yellow-red Meiningen in the second-rate district class Thuringia ; then the team withdrew from the game. As a player in the military sports club, he was invited several times by Reich trainer Sepp Herberger to courses for the senior national team, but never played in an international match , as the competition with Hans Jakob , Fritz Buchloh and Willy Jürissen was too great.
Selection team
Tzschach was used as a player in the competition for the Reichsbund Cup, which he won with the Gau selection team in Berlin on March 24, 1935 2-0 against the Gau selection team Berlin-Brandenburg. The way there led via the Gau selection team Southwest (3: 2 a.s.l.; players including Hans Stubb , Rudolf Gramlich , Heinrich Hergert , Willi Tiefel , Edmund Conen ), Lower Saxony (2: 0; players including Fritz Deike , Herbert Widmayer , Ludwig Lachner , Erich Meng , Richard Meng) and the 4-2 victory over Nordmark, who played with the national players Hans Rohde , Erwin Stührk , Otto Rohwedder , Herbert Panse and Rudolf Noack .

- From 1939 to 1945 he was a soldier in World War II , after which he was taken prisoner of war, from which he was released in 1949.
- From 1953 to 1955 he completed the trainer course at the German University for Physical Culture in Leipzig .
- 1956 and 1957 he served as assistant coach of Walter Fritzsch for the third division Motor West Karl-Marx-Stadt in the previously established one year II. DDR-Liga active.
- Until 1963 he trained the district league clubs BSG Motor Rudisleben and BSG Lokomotive Meiningen .
- He was also the district trainer in the Suhl district .
