European ICT Prize

The European ICT Prize , previously the European IST Prize ( European ICT Prize or European IST Prize ), was a technology prize (endowed with 700,000 euros in 2007) that was awarded annually by the European Commission from 1995 to 2007 .

"The European ICT Prize (European Information and Communication Prize), which has been awarded annually since 1995, is the highest endowed prize for products and services in information and communication technology." Euro-CASE (European Council of Applied Sciences, Technologies and Engineering) awarded the award on behalf of the European Commission. The award has not taken place since 2008.
