The Vitronic Dr.-Ing. Stein Bildverarbeitungssysteme GmbH is a manufacturer of image processing systems based in Wiesbaden . The system solutions are currently used primarily in the traffic engineering, logistics, photovoltaics, automotive, medicine & pharmaceuticals, packaging and body scanning sectors. Vitronic is known as the so-called hidden champion of its industry.

Vitronic is known to the public mainly for the delivery of the control bridges for the German truck toll . The bridges are always used as a symbol of the toll system, as they are the part of the toll system that most people are familiar with. This product led u. a. for the CCCeBIT -Anti-Award 2004 by the Chaos Computer Club .
