The Evangelical Parish Church of Floridsdorf is located in the 21st  district of Floridsdorf in the city of Vienna . The parish church of the Evangelical Church AB in Austria belongs to the Evangelical Superintendent of Vienna .

history

In 1892 Auguste Grossmann negotiated with Pastor Johanny from Währing about church services in Floridsdorf. On December 8, 1892, the first service took place in the gym in today's Grabmayrgasse. On April 8, 1894, the club of Evangelical fellow believers in Floridsdorf was started with chairman Oskar Roth, professional chief inspector at the northern railway , and the first curator of the community. The Filialgemeinde von Wien-Landstrasse was founded with Pastor Antonius on June 21, 1896.

In 1901 the club was replaced by the Evangelical Church Building Association. The church has the peculiarity of a pastor's apartment above the church, which is accessed via a residential complex. The entrance area of ​​the church was completely redesigned in 2002, with disabled access, a tea kitchen and toilet facilities. The redesign of the church interior was completed in 2008. In 2017 the cross above the entrance area was renewed.
