FIBA European Champion Clubs' Cup 1959/60

The season 1960/61 was the fourth season of the FIBA Europe discharged European Cup champion , who today as Euro League operates.

CSKA Moscow won the title for the first time from the Soviet Union .

The 14 champions of the respective national league, as well as the defending champion, took part in the final round. First a qualification was played.
