Faisal Kawusi at the German Comedy Prize 2016

Mohammad Faisal Kawusi (born July 27, 1991 ) is a German comedian of Tajik-Afghan descent. His place of residence is Cologne . He gained fame among other things through regular appearances on the show Luke! The week and me . He was also seen in the 10th season of Let's Dance at the side of the professional dancer Oana Nechiti . Faisal Kawusi now has his own TV show, which is broadcast on Sat.1 . Kawusi has also been running a YouTube channel since February 23, 2016.

Kawusi came second at the 13th Hamburg Comedy Cup and won the audience award. He had to give this price back, however, when it became public that he had used gags of a Canadian comedian without his consent and without identification.
