Falcon Heights is a city in Ramsey County in Minnesota , United States . In the United States Census 2000 the place had 5572 inhabitants. Falcon Heights was registered as a city in 1973 .

Falcon Heights is home to the University of Minnesota St. Paul campus , golf course, Minnesota State Fair grounds, and Gibbs Museum of Pioneer and Dakotah Life .
