Geographical location
Felsőkelecsény is located in northeast Hungary, about 30 km from the city of Miskolc . Neighboring communities are Felsőnyárád 4 km, Rudabánya 3 km and Zubogy 3 km. The nearest town, Kazincbarcika, is 21 km from Felsőkelecsény.
