Ferdinand Ascher

Ferdinand Ascher (* 1988 in Starnberg ) is a German actor .

Life

Ferdinand Ascher grew up in Seeshaupt on Lake Starnberg . First he trained as a carpenter , which he completed in 2008 with the journeyman's examination. He then received his acting training from 2008 to 2011 at the New Munich Drama School .

After completing his training, he was engaged at the State Theater Eisenach in the 2011/12 season . This was followed by theater engagements at the “Geretsrieder Kulturherbst” (2012), the Junge Schauspiel Ensemble Munich (2013–2014), in several productions at the Hoftheater Bergkirchen (2013–2016), the Chiemgauer Volkstheater (2014), the Seebühne Utting (2014) and at the Carl Orff Festival (2015).

In 2016, he played the “rampant” brother Alois Kneißl in the production of Räuber Kneißl at the Garmisch-Partenkirchen cultural summer . In the 2016/17 season he was a guest at the Munich Iberl stage . In the summer of 2017 he played Demetrius in the Shakespeare comedy A Midsummer Night's Dream on the floating stage in Utting am Ammersee .

In the 2017/18 season he was a guest at the Komödie am Altstadtmarkt in Braunschweig in a stage version of Ludwig Thomas Lausbubengeschichten alongside Hansi Kraus . In the 2018/19 season the comedy The Truth About Dinner for One by Jan-Ferdinand Haas followed, in which u. a. Manon Straché was his partner. In 2018 and 2019 he performed at the Karl May Festival Burgrieden . In summer 2020 he will take on the title role in the Old Surehand production there.

Ascher also stood in front of the camera for some film and television productions, where he a. a. worked with Franz Xaver Bogner and Gunnar Fuß .

Ferdinand Ascher lives in Munich and on Lake Starnberg.
