Admission

The application for inclusion in the list of active ingredients in plant protection products approved by the EU was submitted in 2008 by Bayer CropScience . In the summer of 2009 the EU Commission recognized the fundamental completeness of the documents, which allows the member states to issue provisional approvals. In 2013, the use of fluopyram as an active ingredient in plant protection products was approved in the EU with effect from February 1, 2014.

Plant protection products with this active ingredient are approved in a number of EU countries, including Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The trade names in Germany are Luna Experience and Luna Privilege .
