Fly6ix was founded at the end of 2010 and was recognized as the country's new flag carrier by President Ernest Bai Koroma . Operations ceased at the end of 2011.

Fly6ix flew from Freetown to Bamako in Mali , Banjul in Gambia , Conakry in Guinea and Monrovia in Liberia .

In November 2011, the Fly6ix fleet consisted of an Embraer ERJ 135 .
