Fohlenhof was part of the Colmberg market . Today the listed property is house no. 7 on Colmberger Gemeindestraße Am Fohlenhof.

geography

The wasteland was originally 200 meters east of the Colmberg core settlement on the edge of the community forest adjoining to the north and west at an altitude of 453  m above sea level. NHN . In the east the Koohfeld bordered. The property itself did not include any arable or green areas.

history

The property was originally a district forester's house of the Ansbach Oberamt Colmberg . The property was used for foal breeding since the 18th century and was directly subordinate to the Principality of Ansbach. Under the Prussian administration (1792–1806) of the principality, the property was given the number 72 of Colmberg when the house numbers were assigned. At the same time foal breeding was canceled.

As part of the municipal edict, Fohlenhof was assigned to the Colmberg tax district formed in 1808 . It also belonged to the rural community of Colmberg, founded in 1810 . The place was no longer listed in the official registers after 1888.
