For All Those Sleeping is an American metalcore - band from St. Cloud in Minnesota , which was founded of 2007.
history
The band was formed in 2007 by friends Mike Champa, Jerad Sierskalla, David Volgman-Stevens and Ethan Trekell, who met during high school after the musicians' old bands broke up. The band members had already come up with the name of the band in the ninth grade, as a parody of bands in the emo scene. A year later, the band released their first EP , The Lies We Live , which they distributed themselves, whereupon London Snetsinger joined the band as the new bass player a year later. In addition, the band signed a recording contract with the US music label Fearless Records after their manager Eric Rushing, founder of Artery Recordings , proposed the band to it. He was followed by the debut album Cross Your Fingers in July 2010 , while the band played a US tour alongside Drop Dead, Gorgeous , From First to Last and Sleeping with Sirens .
In the summer of 2011 the band played for the first time on the "The All Stars Tour" alongside bands like Chelsea Grin , After the Burial or Born of Osiris , on which the band's second studio album, Outspoken , was released a year later , which was ranked 95th US-American Billboard 200 and was produced by the American music producer Cameron Mizell. The band chose the name of the album because, according to their own statements, they let their own feelings run free on it. The band then played on the "Scream It Like You Mean It" tour alongside Attack Attack! and We Came as Romans , as well as a tour with iwrestledabearonce through Europe . In May 2013 the band played on in New Jersey held Skate and Surf Festival . Furthermore, the band confirmed a participation in the Australian edition of the Vans Warped Tour , which took place between November and December.
On June 23, 2014, Incomplete Me, the band's third album was released via Fearless Records. On October 9, 2014, the group announced their split following the Not Your American Idol Tour in November.
