Happy Easter (Original title: Joyeuses Pâques ) is an action-packed French comedy film from 1984 . The French cinema star Jean-Paul Belmondo is in front of the camera in a comedy of confusion directed by Georges Lautner .

Stéphane Margelle is a rich industrialist and above all a seducer. He takes his wife to the airport and runs into Julie there. He offers to take her with him, with the aim of seducing her. However, when he arrived at his apartment in the evening, his wife showed up shortly afterwards because she was unable to leave due to a strike by airport staff. He pretends to be Julie as his daughter in order not to have to confess attempted adultery. Julie plays this role throughout the film.

The budget for the film was 6 million euros. The shooting took place in Nice . As in most of his films, Belmondo took on the execution of all of his stunts himself. The film recorded almost 3.5 million admissions in France.
