Franz Plasa
Franz Plasa (* 1954 ) is a German music producer , songwriter and musician . He is the founder and owner of HOME Studios .
Life
Plasa played from 1983 to 1989 as a guitarist in the band Felix De Luxe , before concentrating his career exclusively on a job as a music producer. Plasa was particularly successful with productions by Echt and Selig . He produced artists such as Nena , Rio Reiser , Marianne Rosenberg , Keimzeit and Udo Lindenberg . For Falco he wrote the hit mother, the man with the coke is here . He is the founder of the “ HOME Studios ” in Hamburg , where Rammstein , Lauryn Hill , Depeche Mode , Mariah Carey and James Last recorded, among others .
Since January 2010, Franz Plasa has been working with producer Peter Hoffmann, who produced Tokio Hotel , Falco and Jenniffer Kae , among others , for Hopla Reloaded, a joint venture with Peermusic that aims to promote newcomers.
His own productions included Eveline Hall, Stephan Bindella, Daniel Bertram, Armando Quattrone and Heinrich von Handzahm. The releases could not reach a chart entry.
