Friedrich Kuehne

Friedrich Kühne (born April 24, 1870 in Schnobolin , Moravia , Austria-Hungary as Franz Michna ; † October 13, 1958 in Berlin ) was an Austro-German actor .

Life

Kühne came to the theater in 1893 and initially toured Europe with traveling stages . He played on stages in Hamburg, Vienna (1896), Bremen, Prague, Innsbruck, Salzburg, Linz and Brno. From 1907 he belonged to the ensemble of the Deutsches Theater in Berlin, to which he remained loyal until his death. Kühne typically exercised the function of a batch . From 1913 he was seen in numerous, mostly smaller, film roles.

Friedrich Kühne died in Berlin in October 1958 at the age of 88. At the time of his death he was the oldest member of the German Theater's ensemble. He was buried in the state's own cemetery in Heerstraße in today's Berlin-Westend district . The grave has not been preserved.
