Friedrich von Heimburg

Friedrich (Fritz) August Gerhard Karl von Heimburg (born November 8, 1859 in Oldenburg (Oldb) ; † March 31, 1935 in Bad Reichenhall ) was a German administrative and court official and parliamentarian.

origin

His parents were the Grand Ducal Oldenburg Chamberlain and Chief Chamberlain Heino Henning Franz von Heimburg (born September 29, 1826 - † May 7, 1901) and his wife Amalie Marie Friederike Sophie Janssen (* December 8, 1836, † September 27, 1864).

Life

Friedrich von Heimburg studied law at the Universities of Göttingen , Munich and Berlin . In 1881 he became a member of the Corps Bremensia Göttingen . In 1882 he joined the Corps Franconia Munich . After graduating, he entered the Prussian civil service. In 1893 he became district administrator of the Biedenkopf district . In 1907 he moved to the Wiesbaden district as district administrator . In 1918 he became police chief of Wiesbaden for a short time . He then lived in Munich and most recently in Herrsching am Ammersee .

Von Heimburg was the Prussian chamberlain . He was captain of the Landwehr and second chairman of the Hessian Chamber of Agriculture.

In 1899 he moved to the Prussian House of Representatives as a member of the German Conservative Party for the constituency Wiesbaden 1 (Biedenkopf) , to which he belonged until 1918. He was still a member of the Provincial Parliament of the Hesse-Nassau Province and from 1897 to 1917 the Nassau Municipal Parliament .

family

Heimburg married Agnes (Aggie) Leonore Isabel Suffert (* April 4, 1869 - November 9, 1925), a daughter of the former consul general in Dresden, on November 26, 1887. D. Ernst Suffert and the Mary Eliza Billingsley. The couple had a daughter: Elisabeth Bia Sophie (born January 10, 1889).
