The Oberliga Berlin in 1982/83 was the ninth season of the Berlin Association ballgame teams conducted Oberliga Berlin .
The SC Charlottenburg became champions and qualified for the promotion round to the 2nd Bundesliga , in which they secured promotion as second in the northern group. Hertha Zehlendorf took part in the German amateur championship final, in which the team lost in the first round to the second representation from FC Bayern Munich .
In the subordinate state league, the SC Westend rose in 1901 and the BFC Viktoria in 1889 . By the rise of SCC Berlin in the 2. Bundesliga rose in return for the following season alongside Blau-Weiß 90 Berlin and Prussia Wilmersdorf and the BSC Rehberge 1945 on.
