Gabriel Merz

Gabriel Merz (born June 3, 1971 in Stuttgart ) is a German actor , director and screenwriter .

Life

Merz grew up in Freiburg and Stuttgart. After graduating from high school, he attended various drama schools between 1992 and 1995 and was finally engaged at the Schleswig-Holstein State Theater. After a phase of acting he was discovered for television and is best known for the series Aus gute Haus , SOKO Leipzig , Rote Rosen and Der Lehrer .

During the episodes broadcast in 2006, Merz ended his work in the ZDF crime series SOKO Leipzig after 96 episodes. He founded the film production company DreamCatcherFilm GmbH, with which he mainly developed scripts.
