The Gauliga Westfalen 1944/45 was the twelfth and last season of the Gauliga Westfalen in football. Instead of the Gauliga, three war Gau classes were formed, which began operations in early September 1944. According to the planning, the three group winners should determine the Westphalian Gaumeister in a double round. However, as early as the end of September 1944, due to the unusually harsh onset of winter and the lack of players capable of being used in the field, games had to be stopped everywhere.
