Germán Sánchez Flor (born July 4, 1989 in Alicante ) is a Spanish racing driver .

Career

Sánchez, who was active in karting from 2001 to 2005, competed in the Spanish Formula 3 championship for the first time in 2006 . With seven victories, Sánchez secured the championship title in the B-Class. Sánchez managed to win a championship in his first season in formula racing . In 2007, Sánchez moved to Campos Grand Prix and started again in Spanish Formula 3, this time in the A-Class. He won two races and was fourth overall at the end of the season. In 2008 Sánchez stayed at Campos Grand Prix and contested his third year in Spanish Formula 3. With four victories, Sánchez won the championship title of this series ahead of Nelson Panciatici .

For the 2009 season, Sánchez switched to the revived Formula 2 . He could not assert himself in the new series and finished 24th overall at the end of the season. He was also the worst driver to switch from the Spanish Formula 3 championship to Formula 2.

After he couldn't find a cockpit in 2010, Sánchez decided to end his career.
