The Einöde Gern is a district of the town of Wasserburg am Inn in the Upper Bavarian district of Rosenheim .

Glad is about two and a half kilometers southwest of Wasserburg at an altitude of 474  m above sea level. NHN .

history

As a result of the administrative reforms in the Kingdom of Bavaria at the beginning of the 19th century , the place became part of the rural community of Attel , which also includes the districts of Attlerau , Au , Edgarten , Elend , Gabersee , Heberthal , Kobl , Kornberg , Kroit , Limburg , Osterwies , Reisach , Reitmehring , Rottmoos , Seewies and Viehhausen belonged. In the course of the municipal reform in Bavaria in the 1970s, Gern was incorporated into the city of Wasserburg in 1978 together with most of the municipality of Attel. In 2012 Gern had three residents.
