The village of Viehhausen is a district of the town of Wasserburg am Inn in the Upper Bavarian district of Rosenheim .

Viehhausen is located about one kilometer west of the center of Wasserburg and is at an altitude of 483  m above sea level. NHN .

history

Due to the administrative reforms carried out in the Kingdom of Bavaria at the beginning of the 19th century , the place became part of the independent rural community of Attel , which also includes the districts of Attlerau , Au , Edgarten , Elend , Gabersee , Gern , Heberthal , Kobl , Kornberg , Kroit , Limburg , Osterwies , Reisach , Reitmehring , Rottmoos , Seewies and Staudham belonged. In the course of the municipal territorial reform carried out in Bavaria in the 1970s , Viehhausen was incorporated into the city of Wasserburg in 1978 together with most of the municipality of Attel. In 2012 Viehhausen had 52 inhabitants.
