The Gmina Klucze is a rural community in the powiat Olkuski of the Lesser Poland Voivodeship in Poland . Your seat is the village of the same name with about 5000 inhabitants.
geography
The municipality is located about 40 kilometers west of Krakow in the Krakow-Częstochowa Highlands . West of the main town is the Błędów Desert (Pustynia Błędowska). The Szlak Orlich Gniazd hiking trail ( Eagle's Nest Route) runs through the municipality.
The municipality has an area of 119.3 km². 37% of the municipal area is used for agriculture, 46% is covered with forest.

From 1975 to 1998 the Demeinde belonged to the Katowice Voivodeship .
