The Gmina Zabór is a rural community in the powiat Zielonogórski of the Lubusz Voivodeship in Poland . Its seat is the village of the same name ( German Saabor , formerly Sabor , 1936-1945 Fürsteneich ) with about 1000 inhabitants.

geography

The municipality is located in Lower Silesia and borders in the west on the district town of Zielona Góra (Grünberg in Silesia) . The Oder forms its eastern border .
